Triumph Other description
This auction is for an absolutely beautiful 1962
Triumph TR-6. I have the privilege of listing this motorcycle for a
close friend of mine. This being said any questions
must be directed to Chuck at 517-626-2471. Here are the details on
this bike:
This motorcycle was built not just for show, but also to go. This
motorcycle runs like a watch, and always starts on the first kick. This
motorcycle has newly rebuilt Engine using all Triumph Parts. The
transmission was also rebuilt using factory parts.
The bike has new wheels with S.S. Spokes, and as you can see in the
picture they were Made in England. The motorcycle has the Original Tank
and Fenders. The bike received a New Carburetor and Magneto. This
bike has Avon Tires, and they are the correct tires
for the bike. The Tachometer
and Speedometer were rebuilt by Nisonger Instrument of New York. The
list of items that have been restored on this bike goes on from here.
The bike has 984 trouble free miles and a clear Michigan Title.

will not disappoint the new owner. Once again please direct all

Craig Vetter Grand Marshall for 2012 AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days
Tue, 22 May 2012PICKERINGTON, Ohio — AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame member and noted designer Craig Vetter — whose contributions to motorcycling range from the iconic Windjammer fairings and the Triumph X-75 Hurricane to the Mystery Ship limited-production high-performance motorcycles and a number of high-profile motorcycle fuel-economy contests — will be honored as this year’s grand marshal at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days featuring Rockers and Mods, July 20-22, at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Vetter has been a member of the American Motorcyclist Association and a designer since 1965, and his varied background gives him a unique alliance to both the Rockers and Mods motorcycle subcultures. His design projects over the years have involved café racers — the motorcycles of choice for Rockers — and scooters, which are favored by Mods.
New Stuff: Bridgestone Battlax Racing R10s
Fri, 23 Sep 2011...stickier than a Weatherspoons floor on a Friday night. Well that’s not exactly an official Bridgestone technical term but no matter which way you look at it the brand new Battlax Racing R10 tyre is a ‘Road legal’ Supersport/Superstock race tyre. It’s used as the control tyre for the Aprillia RRV450 race series.
