Triumph Other tech info
Triumph Other description
I am selling this bike for a friend who currently has health issues. He has had the bike for several years and was going to turn it into an AHRMA race bike.
What you see is what you get. The bike has matching engine and frame numbers. As you can see someone before my friend was making this into a chopper. The bike comes with NEW Triumph alloy fenders and New exhaust pipes. The gas tank is in reasonable condition. The forks have extended tubes and front wheel appear to be standard. Currently the bike has a conical rear wheel, but the original rear wheel comes with it. The engine turns over but its condition is unknown. The bike is being sold with a bill of sale. In Michigan race bikes from this period were not always sold with a title. If you have questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer them. There is no Buy it Now price. |

Well that’s not exactly an official Bridgestone technical term but no matter which way you look at it the brand new Battlax Racing R10 tyre is a ‘Road legal’ Supersport/Superstock race tyre. It’s used as the control tyre for the Aprillia RRV450 race series.
2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple Neutral Indicator Recall Expands to US
Mon, 27 May 2013One of two recalls recently announced for the 2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple in Canada has now been announced for the U.S. Following the earlier recall announced by Transport Canada, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced a recall for the Speed Triple because the neutral indicator light may incorrectly remain lit when the motorcycle is actually in gear.
Steve McQueen Inspired Motorcycle
Tue, 10 Nov 2009British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph and Swiss watch manufacturer TAG Heuer have collaborated to create a special, one-of-a-kind “Bonneville Heuer” Triumph motorcycle. The association between Triumph and TAG Heuer comes as a result of their common values and the legacy of Steve McQueen, who was famously linked to both brands. The TAG Heuer Bonneville features a unique blue and orange paint scheme that was inspired by the Porsche sports car driven by Steve McQueen’s character in the movie Le Mans (1971).
