Triumph Daytona description

Up for sale is my 2009 Triumph Daytona 675. I bought it brand new in 2011 as a factory leftover. This bike is in excellent condition and has never been down or raced. It was used only on the best days, never in the rain. In addition to the factory equipment it also has the extras that came with the bike as an incentive at the time I purchased the bike. These extras are the Arrow racing exhaust, CNC machined adjustable clutch and brake levers and Quick Shifter that was never installed. Also in addition is a Zero Gravity double bubble smoked windscreen, Proton Flush Mount front directionals, Competition Werks undertail kit and a Competition Werks combination taillight and directional assembly. It had its first service and oil change with the correct synthetic oil at 1000 miles.

8/20?2013  Complete service with Synthetic Oil & Filter change.

Bike is ready for new owner to ride and enjoy. Always Garaged.

I have set a very reasonable reserve on this bike. Please don't text or email asking reserve. I reserve the right to end this auction early as it is for sale locally.

Please call me anytime with questions. 781-249-5277 Greg

Good Luck Bidding.

A Triumph Bonneville Unlike Any Other

Thu, 16 Jan 2014

The Bucephalus is not just another “Old Meets New” custom. It’s a completely fresh idea from Loaded Gun Customs, builders of other wild machines, combining a 1967 Triumph Bonneville twin — an iconic engine in its own right — and surrounding it with state-of-the-art performance components. Basically, if motorcycle engines ceased production in 1967, this would be a modern day racebike.

2013 Triumph Tiger Sport Announced

Thu, 10 Jan 2013

Triumph revealed a new version of its 1050cc Tiger named the Tiger Sport. Triumph currently lists this new Tiger Sport beside its Tiger 1050 on the Triumph website’s 2013 offerings but the new model appears to be a replacement for the previous model which has been relatively unchanged since its introduction in 2007. Officially unveiled at the Brussels Motor Show, the 2013 Triumph Tiger Sport receives new body panels, tail and windscreen but perhaps the most notable design change is the new single-sided swingarm which better shows off the black cast aluminum alloy multi-spoke rear wheel.

Buddy Holly, Ariel Cyclone, 1958

Thu, 19 Apr 2012

Above is some fantastic home movie footage of Buddy Holly and the Crickets messing around on motorbikes in 1958. The story behind the bikes in the video starts after Buddy Holly, Joe Mauldin and Jerry Allison came back from a successful tour in 1958, flush with cash. The trio decided to spend their rock and roll dollars on brand new motorcycles.
