Up for sale is this beautiful survivor rare 500cc two stroke, these bikes where advertised as 140mph bikes when they came out, This bike was in a barn by tomah wis. and was a one owner bike, when i got it it was covered in a half inch of oil which preserved it pretty good, The bike runs and drives looks great, has a new seat cover, The chrome has some light pitting in some areas but not real bad, A real head turner. Elena Myers First Woman to Win at Daytona

Elena Myers made history once again, winning the second of two AMA Supersport races at Daytona International Speedway. The win was Myers’ second professional AMA victory and gives her the distinction of being the first female racer to ever win a professional motorsports race at the famed Daytona circuit. The SuzukiScoopFans M4 Suzuki rider became the first woman to win an AMA race, taking an AMA Supersport race at Infineon Raceway in 2010.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
