Suzuki RM-Z description

Here is a well-maintained RM-Z 250f with only 30 hours on the frame. At 27 hours we put a fresh top end (Wiseco piston, rings), fresh PR2 suspension, fully re-valved with the weight set for 155-165 (ideal). Runs like a charm, no problems. Price has dropped $1200 already. I have a ton of extra parts for this and guarantee the motor for at least the first 5 hours of use, meaning that in the event that something broke inside the motor I will replace the broken part. We have never had any motor damage, I only offer that as security for the buyer and comfort when buying.

It was good to catch up with my old mate Daryl Beattie last weekend in Misano. Daryl was pushing Mick Doohan hard for the 500cc World Championship in 1995 until he high sided and broke his collar bone in Assen mid way through the year. He eventually finished runner up in the series but then some fairly big tumbles from his Lucky Strike Suzuki in 1996 brought his career to a premature end.

Inside Look at the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 [video]

Thu, 23 Dec 2010

Suzuki boasts that the GSX-R600 has long been America’s top selling sportbike, so when it undergoes a major overhaul everybody takes notice. For 2011 the GSX-R600 underwent a plethora of big changes, all of which resulted in a weight loss of about 20 pounds. Helping this middleweight supersport shed pounds is a new frame, a 41mm Show Big Piston Fork, radially mounted Brembo monoblock brake calipers, as well as smaller axles and wheel hubs.
