Suzuki Other description

This is a very clean 1987 Suzuki Cavalcade LXE. Has 50,000 Miles. This is the Best color combo Suzuki made for the Cavalcades. Maroon and silver. Many updates were done to this bike. First, the secondary unit has had the plug installed, that’s the most important thing on these bikes. Has Progressive  air shocks on the rear. Utopia Back rest . Highway boards . The Front forks have been upgraded  with new springs and the New Valve From Tracy. A super brace has been installed also. Braided brake lines, and clutch line, along with the clutch pressure switch. Barnet clutch springs, Updated larger drive shaft, along with new seals on the final drive. Updated stator and rectifier. New Spark plug boots, and coolant hoses. New Tires, balanced with Equal tire balance. New water pump chain. Changed over to Amsoil Stnthetic Motor oil. New air filter. New Slipstreamer Windshield. The Chrome on the bike is in very nice condition, along with the paint. The gray sticker on the trunk was faded so I replaced it with a new decal I got from the local sign shop. I also have the luggage rack for it . I just took it off because I like the looks of it without it. Has all the Factory Cavalcade bags for the saddle bags. Has the service manual in book form and on a CD from Tracy. This is by far the smoothest riding big bike I have ever rode. The progressive rear shocks, and the rebuilt front shocks really make for a nice ride. Bike runs and shifts nice. All lights, cruise, Radio, and all the buttons.Cassette player does not work. New Blaupunkt Speakers in the front. Full Cover, and 2 helmets .These bikes are getting harder to find in this condition. Only a few flaws. The map case has some cracks, and the right cornering light has a crack, but still works fine. Not a new bike. it is 26 years old. But very nice shape. Would consider a Jeep Wrangler in a trade. But no junkers. Also for sale locally, so could pull the auction anytime. Email with questions before buying.

The Making of the Rizla Suzuki Misano Micron Livery [Video]

Fri, 23 Sep 2011

Suzuki is a bit of an underdog in the MotoGP World Championship – at least, as much of an underdog as a full factory outfit can be. With just one Suzuki on the grid, expectations are low for the Japanese manufacturer. But one thing Suzuki does do well is put out an attractive looking racebike with the GSV-R dressed in Rizla Suzuki blue with livery by Troy Lee Designs.
