Selling my 2003 Suzuki GSXR 1000.
I hate to let this bike go, but the only reason I'm selling is because I injured my back and can no longer ride. - 1040cc kit - Evil Swingarm kit (extended 14") - Vance & Hines Sidewinder exhaust system - Power Commander V - Air shifter kit (not currently hooked up) - Odometer shows 18,xxx miles, but has Vortex sprockets down 2 up 4 530 chain - Powdercoated wheels Bike made 187whp. Could use paint, I just removed race plastics to make it street-able. No test rides without money in hand. You drop it you buy it. Bike comes with a ton of extras. Spies retires with a World Superbike title in his first and only season in the series, and three AMA Superbike Championships. “I want to thank everyone from racing organizations, factories, teams and all my fans for helping me and supporting me throughout my career,” says Spies.
Shots Fired at Suzuki Motorcycle India Factory as Labor Strife Heats Up
Tue, 11 Oct 2011A man is facing charges after reports of gunshots and employees allegedly assaulted with glass bottles at Suzuki’s motorcycle plant in Gurgaon, India, as workers demonstrated in a sympathy strike in support of their counterparts at a Suzuki automobile plant. According to the Indian Express, a man representing a company which supplies contract workers for Suzuki Motorcycle India allegedly fired his gun into the air and assaulted workers with beer bottles to intimidate them into calling off the strike. Two people were reportedly injured by thrown bottles.
2015 Suzuki GW250F Revealed for China
Mon, 18 Aug 2014Suzuki’s Chinese partner Haojue has revealed a new fully-faired variant on the GW250. Revealed in Shanghai, the new GW250F follows the original naked GW250 (known in some markets as the Inazuma) and the semi-faired GW250S offered in Asia and Europe. The GW250S is powered by the same liquid-cooled 248cc Twin equipped on its siblings, claiming 24.1 hp at 8500 rpm and 16.2 ft-lb.
