Time has come to sell my prized motorcycle, opportunity to own this 1998 Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD, probably won't ever find one this nice, all original again. It's been kept like new, babied, and pampered, and very well maintained, never raced, or ridden hard. It's truly a show piece, should be showcased on showroom floor. My life is in a transistion period, and it's time to sell off a lot of my toys, including this motorcycle. Who ever buys my bike, is sure to be pleased, and enjoy how well it's been taken care of. It's not been abused, scratched, dinged, dented, modified in anyway whatsoever, it's original, and it's pristine! The battery was recently replaced. Please, serious buyer only need respond, this isn't a junkie bike, you don't commonly find the GSXR SRAD limited editions, especially one that has been kept like brand new condition. Suzuki to Relocate R&D Facility to Lower Tsunami Risk Area
Thu, 07 Jul 2011Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
Schwantz, Tsujimoto Team Up For Yoshimura Legends Team At 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour
Sat, 01 Mar 2014Former 500cc World Champion, Kevin Schwantz, will pair with former Japanese Champion, Satoshi Tsujimoto, in this year’s Suzuka 8-Hour race. The duo originally tackled Suzuka together in 1986, ultimately coming in third position. Now the two are back in celebration of Yoshimura’s 60th anniversary, as part of the company’s “Legend Team.” Yoshimura will also field a second entry with former Australian Champion Josh Waters and All Japan Superbike rider Takuya Tsuda.
Michelin Unveils New Tire for Dual Sport Motorcycles
Wed, 06 Feb 2013More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
