Bought this bike to ride having not ridden in 30 years-this bike is too big and fast for me so I am going to go with a smaller bike for now maybe even a Vespa. This is a police bike that was used by the Department of Environmental Protection police to patrol a NYC reservoir. Maintained as expected for a police bike this is in great shape.
