PRICE LOWERED!! Up for sale is a very nice Norton 750 Commando. This bike has been well cared for and upgraded with excellent mods. Full electronic ignition and upgraded regulator / rectifier. New Co. Norton Works coils and wires. new headlight switch. New Progressive Suspension fork springs and seals. New Tsubaki chain. New Avon tires and tubes. Mikuni conversion carb. US and European handlebars. All original parts included with bike along with factory service manual and parts book. Exc original paint with new decals. tank sealed with Caswell sealer, no problems with modern gas. Always run with non ethanol fuel with a lead additive. VIN is 134431 (this site will not accept a 6 digit number). Speedo has been replaced and exact mileage is unknown. Starts in 1-2 kicks always. Runs and rides great. Norton Motorcycles Enters Canadian Market
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Norton Motorcycles has received approval from Canada’s transportation and environment government agencies, finally opening the way for the British manufacturer to introduce its Commando models to the market. Norton has been working to enter Canada for a while and already has customers waiting since 2010. Deliveries will finally be made in the spring.
Bonneville from a parallel universe
Fri, 20 Sep 2013This is the Triumph Speed Twin Concept, a bike commissioned by Triumph to show what the Bonneville might have evolved into, in a parallel universe. I love the concept. Designed by Roy Norton and Tom Kasher who were on a placement at a design studio, I get the impression the pair are into motorcycle and not just designers.
