2009 Kymco Xciting 250 Ri, A fun fuel injected 250 scooter with great gas milage!!! - The Xciting 250Ri follows in the footsteps of our flagship, the Xciting 500Ri. Sharing the same list of standard features, the Xciting 250Ri doubles as a gas sipper weekday urban commuter and weekend touring machine. The 15-inch front and 14-inch rear tires, adjustable hydraulic rear shocks and telescopic front forks smooth out the bumps. A well-padded drivers seat with adjustable backrest, four postion adjustable brake levers, aerodynamic windscreen offering excellent protection from the elements all add up to a incredibly comfortable and safe ride.

Kymco Ionex Electric Scooter Platform Announced

Thu, 22 Mar 2018

Kymco announced a new swappable battery system and electric charging architecture that will be used for ten electric scooters to be launched over the next three years. The first model, the Many EV, was presented along with Kymco’s Ionex electric scooter architecture at the 2018 Tokyo Motorcycle Show. Kymco did not provide much detail about the Many EV’s specifications, but based on its name, we assume it will perform similarly to the Kymco Many 125 gas-powered scooter.

Now the real fun begins Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by James Lee Martinec By now, we’ll assume you’ve read the Part 1 of the Ankle Biters test, wherein we asked some newer riders to ride the Honda Grom, Kawasaki Z125 Pro, Kymco K-Pipe 125, and SSR Motorsports Razkull 125. Their job was to give us feedback as to which bike makes the best learner for the absolute noob because it’s been awhile since any of the MO staff could call themselves one. Our riders had a lot of fun with the test, but as for us MOrons, we wanted a bit more excitement once we got a chance to throw a leg over the quartet.
