Kawasaki Vulcan tech info
Kawasaki Vulcan description
Custom painted black with purple Oil slick. 2000 model, 1500 Vulcan Nomad FI shaft drive. light tree on front, Kawasaki windshield, running boards with lever/rocker shifter. Air Shocks. Full fenders. Cruising seat back rest and double seat with boards for passenger. Yearly maintenance. It's been very reliable. A joy to ride. Needs a good home. I did lay it down a few years ago and slid across cinders. Replaced 4" risers, repainted the bike. There is some body filler on the tank and tank bags were fixed. The work is near flawless. The bike handles fine and there is no lasting damage. Tank has a small ding in it that was painted over. The tank bags have some rough spots and minor scratches. I'll be honest, this bike has been a great bike to ride. I really don't want to sell it, but I will if I find a good buyer. Thanks for shopping. |

The TT800 From Deus Ex Machina
Wed, 16 Jul 2014Deus Ex Machina, the surf/moto shop known for creating throwback, one-of-a-kind motorcycles, has released its latest work of art, the TT800. Paying tribute to the highly successful Triumph factory TT machines from the mid-1960s, Deus’ expert builder, Michael Woolaway, created the TT800 for a customer requesting a new, old Triumph. It sources a Kawasaki W650 bored out to 800cc with CR carbs, a custom TT inspired exhaust, custom chromoly racing frame, re-valved Öhlins forks, and a custom gusseted swing arm for more stability. A Beringer six-piston caliper front brake provides stopping power.
Kawasaki KLR650 Returning For 2015
Tue, 09 Sep 2014One of Kawasaki’s most popular sellers, the go-anywhere, do-anything KLR650 will once again be a staple of Kawasaki’s 2015 lineup. Preferring to run on either dirt or asphalt, the dual-purpose bike is very versatile, able to take riders almost anywhere they wish to go on- and off-road. The 651cc Single may not be the most inspiring engine in the world, but it gets the job done.
