Kawasaki Other description

I am selling a 1983 Kawasaki 550 LTD motorcycle. Runs good. Body has some cosmetic dings but easy fix. Someone that is looking for a cheap hobby would love this motorcycle. I have rode it several times. I just acquired this motorcycle a few weeks ago. I do not have a motorcycle permit and the landlord said I am only allotted 2 parking spaces. I have a truck and my fiance has a car and so the motorcycle can not have a home here. Not to mention it almost caused a split up. This is a 4 cyl motor that runs good. After it has sat for a while it typically takes a few cranks and carb adjustments to start. Periodically the carbs have to be synchronized since it has 4 independent carbs. That is a fairly easy task. They sell equipment that help tune it 100% but anyone with any experience can make it run just as good. It could use at least 1 tire (tread on the back tire is worn). I am willing to entertain offers. Feel free to txt me at.

Say what you will about the depleted state of the American roadracing scene, it shouldn’t diminish the fact Hayes put in the effort and beat some formidable challengers to the title. Here, the AMA congratulates Josh Hayes on his accomplishment. Monster Energy Graves Yamaha’s Josh Hayes entered the 2013 AMA Pro SuperBike season on the heels of the most dominant campaign in the history of the series and with his primary threat no longer in the paddock.

2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Homologated for AMA Pro Racing Despite 636cc Displacement

Wed, 06 Mar 2013

The 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R has been homologated for AMA Pro Racing, making it eligible for the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes for 2013. The news comes as a bit of a surprise as those classes typically consist of Inline Four racebikes with a displacement smaller than 600cc. The new Ninja ZX-6R immediately carries a displacement advantage over its I-4 competition in the class such as the Honda CBR600R, Suzuki GSX-R600 and Yamaha YZF-R6.
