1978 Kawasaki Kz1000 LTD. This is a super clean, low mile (9,246), and original bike in excellent condition. Starts, runs, drives, and stops just as it should. Engine is smooth, quiet, and powerful. Does not smoke or leak oil. Original paint is shiny in excellent condition. Chrome is also excellent. Seat has no holes or tears. All electrical items work correctly. I believe the only non-original part the on bike is the front tire. An excellent example a nearly 40yr. old bike that was bought new here in town and has been well taken care of and not altered in any way. Tricked Out ZX-14 to Debut at IMS New York
Fri, 09 Jan 2009Among the many bikes set to be unveiled at the New York Cycle World International Motorcycle Show next Friday, is a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 tricked out by Steve Kehler at Tricked Out Custom Cycles (TOCC). This ZX-14 sportbike was created as a rolling testament to the success Rickey Gadson earned during his 25 years of motorcycle drag racing. Gadson, an eight-time world champion, will join Kehler for the official unveiling of the bike during the New York IMS show.
