Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet is offering for your bidding consideration this 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 650 motorcycle. This is a recent trade in. It is a very good running bike, but does have a few issues that would require a little TLC. It was either dropped or lightly layed down and I found the following flaws: bent gear shift, bent handlebars, cracked front fender, broken front brake lever, bent rear brake lever, a few scratches and bruises. I personally rode the bike and it rides fine now, but there are the flaws mentioned above. All are very easy bolt-on fixes with the exception of the scratches. I am supplying lots of pics so you can judge for yourself. The reserve has been set extremely low to compensate for the flaws mentioned and pictured. 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.

Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.
Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class
Mon, 07 Jan 2013The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.
