Kawasaki KX500 Moto Cross the bike is in nice used condition, bike starts easy and runs great, clutch and transmission are also good, it could use a set of fresh tires due to the age, it has a Pro FMF pipe and muffler (there is some pitting in the chrome), where the clutch cable goes thru a holder on the engine block, half the mount is broken off (should be an easy fix), still works fine. I listed it as clear title and 00000 miles, because they are ebay required fields. The bike is being sold as is condition with a bill of sale and true miles are unknown. Fri, 23 Sep 2011Well Maxxis were bang on with their mileage claims, 6500 miles on the rear and it looks as though there is another 1000. Not bad at all for a set of tyres that cost less than £200. Having lived with the Supermaxx’s Diamonds over the past few months the best thing about these tyres is the mileage range they offer vs cost.
Isle of Man TT 2012: Lightweight TT Results
Mon, 11 Jun 2012Ryan Farquhar earned his third ever Isle of Man TT win in the return of the Lightweight TT class. Absent since the 2009 Isle of Man TT with 250cc machines, the 2012 iteration of the Lightweight class features 650cc twins such as the Kawasaki Ninja 650 (or ER-6F, as it’s known on that side of the Pond) which most competitors rode. The race was moved back to Saturday, June 9, after rain forced organizers to cancel the initially-scheduled Friday race.
