Kawasaki H2 description

This is a very nice low mileage original H2.  It is numbers matching, Frame# 19517 /  Engine# 19541.  Runs great, shifts smoothly, all of the electrical functions work properly, brakes are also in excellent working condition.   Chrome on the bike is in excellent condition, right side #3 pipe does show some road rash, all 3 pipes have the baffles. The original paint is nice but there are a few chips in the tank that were touched up (see pics), no dents, inside is like new.  Front fender has a few chips in the paint (see pics), left side cover is a little rough but not bad.  Seat is in very good condition, tires are new, also comes with tool kit and owner's manual!  This bike is a daily rider, please keep in mind this is a  44 year old original motorcycle and I've tried to describe it the best I can. If you have any questions please feel free to call me. If you have less than 10 positive feedback please contact me before bidding.  I will require a $500 non-refundable deposit through PayPal, bike is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. Thanks for looking Dave 517-242-7780

Kawasaki Donates Motorcycle In Support Of Ocean Conservation

Thu, 14 Aug 2014

Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announced recently that it will donate a Ninja 650 sportbike for auction at the Oceana SeaChange Summer Party, attended by some of the largest supporters of Ocean Conservation in Hollywood including Ted Danson, Sheryl Crow and this year’s special guest, Leonardo DiCaprio. Proceeds from the auction of the Ninja 650 will go to Oceana’s mission of ocean conservation, a shared goal by Kawasaki who’s global mission is “working as one for the good of the planet.”  Some of Oceana’s victories include protecting Sperm Whales from California Fisheries, upholding Shark fin bans in the United States and many other policy victories for marine life and habitats in more than 150 countries.

Photos Of This Weekend’s Denver Endurocross Track

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.

Lascorz smiling in first post-crash photo

Mon, 02 Jul 2012

Nearly three months on since Joan Lascorz's accident in the post-race test at Imola, the first image has appeared showing the Spaniard in good spirits whilst he undergoes rehabilitation. The terrible crash left the 27-year-old factory Kawasaki rider with a fracture to his C6 vertebrae, and fears that it would leave him quadriplegic. Fortunately, as shown in the picture with his raised arm, Lascorz has recovered full sensitivity in his upper limbs.
