KTM Supersport description

2007 SuperDuke 990 for sale $6200 with 9200 miles. Original owner, never crashed, garage kept, regular maintenance, really clean, some minor mods. Modifications include Dynojet PowerCommander, Graves exhaust, custom map, 40T rear sprocket, frame sliders, reservoir cover, orange radiator shrouds, tyres have plenty of life on them. All regular scheduled maintenance has been performed by Ellicott City Motorsports (KTM dealer) and custom map by Martin Racing (Baltimore). The bike will come with the original windscreen I am keeping the touring screen as a back up for my other SuperDuke, I am fortunate enough to have 2 of these awesome bikes and I was planning on giving this to my nephew and he has decided that the street is not for him and is sticking to the dirt. That is also another reason why the bike for sale has fairly low miles on it, we do mostly off road riding. I have the original parts (exhaust, windscreen, reservoir cover, radiator shrouds which are black) all manuals, keys, and records. There has never been any mechanical issues with the bike, adult owned and ridden. Shipping in throughout the USA varies but on average around $600. I am located in Baltimore Maryland. Any questions call me at 443-928-9311 Marc

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.

2014 Bajaj Pulsar 375 – The Fully-Faired Indian Version of the KTM 390 Duke Spied

Mon, 14 Jan 2013

Indian website Powerdrift has uncovered photographs of what it claims to be a Bajaj Pulsar 375, a faired sportbike based on the KTM 390 Duke. A Bajaj-branded version of the 390 Duke should be no surprise. The Indian company, after all, owns a 47% stake in Austrian-based KTM, and it released its own version of the 200 Duke in the 2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS.
