1998 KTM 380 EXC The iconic KTM 380's are becoming harder to find. This bike, not only is in great shape, but has recently been restored from the frame up. Frame was stripped and powdercoated factory grey, engine top and bottom end were professionally rebuilt, including all bearings and bushings replaced as necessary, clutch pack, fork seals, and chain were replaced as well. The plastics were upgraded from the 1999 to 2003 style, including the rear subframe. Bike is in great shape and is ready to go for many years. The explosive power of the 380 engine is unlike any bike KTM has built. Know for its incredible powerband, yet low end power, the KTM 380 is an excellent choice for any rider. I will ship this bike only if buyer pays for shipping. I can provide the bike in a shipping crate, to be picked up by the shipper. 2014 KTM EXC and SX Lineup Revealed
Thu, 09 May 2013KTM has revealed its European-spec 2014 EXC enduro and SX motocross lineup. The U.S.-spec versions have yet to be announced and there will be some differences, such as a five-speed transmission instead of a four-speed transmission for the KTM 450 SX-F. Otherwise, the U.S.
Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
