2003 Indian Chief Roadmaster, . - Today, the 2003 Indian Chief motorcycles are built upon proud heritage with four models that are bold in appearance with authentic styling details and confident in performance with its robust chassis design and muscular Powerplus 100 engine. For 2003, the flagship Indian Chief line comes with the Powerplus engine, the largest displacement engine designed and built by an American OEM motorcycle company. A key feature of the Chief line is its unmistakable, full-body profile and sculpted, full-valence fenders. For 2003 the airbox cover is now painted with an inlayed Indian logo. Completing this package is added detail to the instrument bezel for a more sophisticated look. The Indian Chief Roadmaster features a fringed dual seat, whitewall tires, chrome billet rear footpegs, fender graphics and saddlebags emblazoned with the Roadmaster logo. For long-distance comfort, the Chief Roadmaster features an integrated windshield and a chrome passenger backrest. Lambretta Licensees Deny Consortium’s Trademark Infringement Claims

Two companies named in the Lambretta Consortium’s claims of trademark infringement say they have legitimate rights to use the Italian scooter brand’s name. Clag International and Motom Electronics Group (MEG) have released a joint statement saying Italian courts have ruled their licenses to use the Lambretta name are valid. The statement was released in response to the Lambretta Consortium’s announcement about taking legal action against unlicensed use of the brand.

WSBK Cancels Round at India’s Buddh International Circuit

The 2013 World Superbike Championship season will end about a month earlier than scheduled, with the cancellation of the Nov. 17 round at India’s Buddh International Circuit. The Indian round had already been moved from its originally scheduled date of March 10 but the extra few months do not appear to be enough to get the circuit ready to host WSBK in November.
