Indian Chief Dark Horse description

2016 Indian Dark Horse with only 780 miles.  This bike is in very good condition with very low mileage.  Bike has slight damage to front fender and side of rear fender/trim.  The end of the front brake lever has been broken off as well.  Please view pictures to see damage.  Seller is a licensed dealer and is required to charge sales tax, documentation, and licensing fees depending on state of residence for purchaser.  Vehicle maintains factory warranty, however, is sold as is and seller expresses no warranty.  Please email any questions.


It maintains the legendary Indian Chief style but with an unpolished and raw approach. With the Dark Horse’s distinctive Thunder Stroke 111 V-Twin engine, announcing your presence comes with territory. Where that territory lies, is up to you. All you have to do is go after it.

Thirty-two years after his death, Steve McQueen still reigns as the coolest movie star to ever ride a motorcycle. One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.
