2009 Husqvarna TE 510, On road off road this bike is lots of fun - TE 510 - HUSQVARNA. The TE 510 is the most powerful Husqvarna Enduro. Thanks to a new frame, future riders of the Husqvarna flagship model can fully exploit its handling and stability characteristics that blend perfectly with the smooth power delivery of the fuel injected engine. The main changes involve the frame with newly calibrated Marzocchi forks, an entirely revised Sachs shock absorber and changes to appearance in common with all the four-stroke 2009 TE range such as the new headlamp unit, wave type brake discs, black wheels and new graphics. The exhaust system is prepared to accept the racing system and meets the new noise emission levels set by the FIM. The 510 engine has steel valves to ensure reliability and long life. The gearbox has been updated to offer improved gear change speed and accuracy. Like the 250 and 450, the 510 too has a new timing chain tensioner, a new oil pressure relief valve on the oil circuit and a new oil filter. ONE question - where can we get one? The video shows Swedish army issue Husqvarna 258's (1981) fitted with 'ski-stabilisers'. The riders put their feet on the skis and slide in confidently, despite the snow and ice. EICMA 2011 Preview: Husqvarna Nuda 900, 900R and a “Big Surprise”

Husqvarna will present its new Nuda 900R and Nuda 900 street bikes at the 2011 EICMA show, but the BMW-owned manufacturer promises to have a surprise in store. The Husqvarna Nuda 900R already made its public debut in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show, but EICMA will mark the first public appearance of the 900 version. Both models are powered by 900cc parallel Twin engines derived from BMW’s F800 engine, but the R version will have higher-spec suspension and brakes as well as various carbon fiber bits.

Husqvarna Names Robert Jonas Head Of Motorsport

Effective immediately, Husqvarna Motorcycles has named 39 year-old, Robert Jonas as Head of Motorsport. He will be responsible for all of Husqvarna’s racing activities, including Motocross, Enduro, Extreme Enduro, and Moto3 road racing programs. As a former motocross racer Robert Jonas has been involved in motorcycle racing for much of his life.
