I am the original owner and the bike has always been garage kept.
I am reluctantly selling this bike but as I get older I'm needing one that is lighter and smaller. This is a great touring bike. If you are looking at this you must have heard it's performance, comfort and dependability. Bike has been running on synthetic oil ever since the initial break in period. Add on items include bag guards, front fender guard, cobra floor boards and Rattle Bars Kick Shifter. Up for sale is my 2000 Honda Valkyrie Interstate. This bike is in super condition for it's age. It is just a super ride. The bike shows very well. I will let you look at the pics, and decide. This has been an exceptional bike, reliable and worry free for as long as I have owned it. It is a used bike and is sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. A $300 dollar non refundable deposit is due via PayPal within 48 hours of purchase. The balance due within 7 days via cash in person or cashier's check. All checks will be given 7 business days to clear, before the motorcycle is released. You may come and look at the bike if you wish. Bike is available for pickup or inspection Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. All shipping arrangements and costs are that of the buyer. Thu, 06 Feb 2014I want to buy a second bike to get across town on the daily commute as I currently ride a 183bhp ZX-10R to work and while it's a peach of a bike, it tempts me into doing bad things on a daily basis. This has to stop. My criteria is fairly simple: I want something that is cheap to buy (close to £2k), cheap to run, frugal on the fuel, easy to ride, nimble through traffic, dull enough to not get nicked and ABS is a deal-maker.
2013 AMA Supercross San Diego Race Report
Mon, 11 Feb 2013Davi Millsaps captured his second main event win of the season and expanded his AMA Supercross championship lead to 19 points with a wire-to-wire victory at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider jumped ahead at the start for the holeshot and held that lead for the entire 20-lap race for the win. Finishing 2.386 seconds back was Team Honda Muscle Milk‘s Justin Barcia while Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey finished 10.300 seconds back for third place.
Stoner Tops Time Sheets as Honda MotoGP Testing Resumes
Thu, 01 Mar 2012Missing a day of testing didn’t appear to have a negative effect on Honda riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa. After missing the second day of testing because of a potential engine problem, the Repsol Honda riders were back on the track for Day 3 where they regained the top two spots on the time sheets. Honda held back Stoner and Pedrosa as well as satellite team riders Alvaro Bautista and Stefan Bradl yesterday to investigate an engine warning light that lit up on the dash of Pedrosa’s RC213V on Day 1.
