THE PAINT & DECALS ARE IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION, THE FORK TUBES ARE IN GREAT SHAPE (NO LEAKING) ALL THE CHROME IS REALLY NICE, GOOD TIRES, SEAT LOOKS LIKE NEW, ALL THE ELECTRICIAL WORKS AS IT SHOULD. IT STARTS UP JUST FINE, COMES OFF CHOKE AND IDLES SMOOTH, IT RIDES GREAT AND SHIFTS EASY THROUGH THE GEARS. THE BRAKES WORK NICE. STOPS ON A DIME WITH NINE CENTS CHANGE. REMOVABLE WINDSHIELD. JUST AN ALL AROUND GREAT CRUISER. I DON'T GET EXCITED ABOUT MOST 80'S MOTORCYCLES BUT THIS ONE IS REALLY NICE. I HAVE THE TITLE, BILL OF SALE AND KEYS IN HAND!!!

Electric Motorcycle Conversion [video]
Fri, 30 Jul 2010If you were ever curious how to convert your smelly, noisy and dirty gas powered motorcycle into a quiet and zero emissions electric motorcycle then you have to check this video out from GomiStyle. They take an old Honda Rebel 250 and customize the frame to accommodate the electric motor and batteries, they claim the conversion should take about two to three days to complete, the batteries will take about 5-8 hours to charge and will give you a top speed of 45 mph. Wed, 08 Feb 2012I'm happy to admit that I'm a little bit different; I believe that brown is an underused colour in motorcycling and we need to move on from custom café racers and introduce a dustbin fairing craze - you know I'm right. So, as Ben Cope - known around the Visordown office for being rather stubborn - and I were looking over various scooters on the 'net we uncovered the above machine, Honda's Big Ruckus 250. Instantly I thought that the Big Ruckus was absolutely cool, whereas Ben likened it to a 'mobility scooter'.

Mon, 03 Jun 2013We’re only three days into the racing action for the Isle of Man TT and one rider has already established himself as the star of this TT. Michael Dunlop, of the famous Dunlop racing family, took the victory at the Royal London 360 Superstock race, giving him his third win of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The latest win gives Dunlop six in his career on the Mountain Course, tying him with such noted names as Geoff Duke, Jimmie Guthrie, Jim Redman and John Surtees.
