For Sale - Beautiful Honda NX-125 Dual-Purpose street legal enduro in very good condition. Key start, good tires, runs great. Only flaw is the rear hand brake light does not activate when the hand brake is applied (simple fix?) Quiet, reliable fuel efficient four stroke starts right up. This would make a great commuter. It is truly hard to believe that this is an 89. Located in Laurinburg, NC I will help load for personal pickup or USHIP after certified funds have cleared. 10% deposit due via Paypal within 48 hours of auction end. Sun, 03 Apr 2011So with an afternoon of sightseeing completed (a rare luxury on most launches) it's back to the hotel for the press conference. These are you usually long winded, tooth pulling affairs with Japanese technicians insisting on speaking their bestest engrish which only serves to elongate the proceedings. Nothing kills a presentation more than reading every word of a powerpoint slide verbatum, even thought the viewers can read exactly the same words (and probably a lot faster). The Crossrunner presentation was mercifully brief and snappy followed by dinner in the hotel and a reasonably early night as everyone had already been up for twenty hours.

Honda and Yamaha Pledge Support to Typhoon Victims in Philippines
Thu, 14 Nov 2013Honda and Yamaha each offered aid to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan which struck the Philippines earlier this month. Initial estimates put the death tool at over 10,000 but Philippine President Benigno Aquino says the actual number maybe closer to 2,500. Still, the United Nations says more than 11 million people were affected by the typhoon, with about 673,000 displaced from their homes.
