Honda Other description

this is a 75 goldwing as i think it should be.  motor was rebuilt.  superbike bars.  corbin seat. rear fender bobbed. front fender is off a cb900.  dyna s ignition. rebuilt carbs.  stainless brake pistons with stainless lines. new water pump.  runs great.  i have done all i wanted to this and now i need to move on.  i have about 10 grand in this in the last 10 years.  reserve price is about what i paid just for the engine rebuild.  lots of take off parts and extras.  original tool kit.  factory manual.  factory shop manual. extra cut down his and hers seat on an original seat pan.  first year these were made. the only thing you could say is wrong with it is that the front right caliper sticks a little the first time you use it, then frees up.  easy to take apart and clean (stainless piston) but i am not gonna put more work in this bike i will take a loss on already.  runs better than it ever has since ive owned it.  i will get ask any questions... the odometer reading later, but its really just a # at this point.  the original cluster(included) was replaced with mini gauges.  i will add the numbers from the two.

Kenny Roberts Motorcycle Collection Up For Sale

Wed, 25 Apr 2012

Motorcycling legend Kenny Roberts has commissioned RMD Motors to auction off some rare and exclusive motorcycles from his collection, presumably to make room for more. The Japan-based company is known the world over for its collection of rare and classic motorcycles for sale, many of which are retired grand prix machines fortunate enough to escape the fate of most decommissioned racebikes: the crusher.  Headlining the Roberts collection is the 2004 Proton KRV5 originally ridden by Kurtis Roberts, King Kenny’s youngest son. The five-cylinder grand prix machine never achieved much success on the world stage, but will easily make you the center of attention at your local trackday.

Ronax 500 – the Street Legal Two-Stroke GP Replica

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

After teasing us for nearly two months, German brand Ronax has revealed its 500cc two-stroke sportbike. Ronax isn’t saying it’s a street-legal replica of the Honda NSR500 that Valentino Rossi rode to win the 2001 Grand Prix world championship – probably because they legally can’t – but that’s essentially what the 500 is.
