After launching their website last week, the California based Electric Moto Corporation has now announced the IPG Group as their agency of record to help increase brand awareness and bring in some investor interest. According to their website, other then the EMAX 72 DS electric motorcycle, there is a scooter, ATV, bicycle and a personal watercraft on the drawing board. Some available specs after the jump. This video of the Knockhill end of season Jock Taylor meeting in 1988 makes me smile. Even although I had the dream ticket of riding for HRC in the 500cc World Championship I never stopped wanting to come back to the homeland and race my old mates. Brian Morrison started racing on the same day as myself and went on to have a successful carreer riding for Honda in the UK then later in the World Endurance Championship.

WE GAVE you the heads up last month on Mahindra Motorcycles' plans to enter the lucrative Indian motorcycle market - and here's a teaser video showing one of the company's machines on track in Italy. The Indian company will offer a variety of motorcycles, ranging from low-cost entry models to premium two-wheelers, said Anoop Mathur, the head of Mahindra’s motorcycle wing. The company is already an established scooter, 4x4 and tractor manufacturer.Despite their optimism, Mahindra is aware the company is moving into a competitve market, dominated primarily by Honda.
