I am regrettably selling my 2010 Honda VFR1200F motorcycle before I move. It has been garage kept for its whole life, and ridden mainly on weekend trips. It is in EXCELLENT condition, with only one (1) scratch, of which I've included a picture. It's been on there since I bought the bike. This motorcycle has never been dropped, laid down, or anything else that would have involved being fixed. I have already taken care of the Honda factory recall, so this bike has a BRAND NEW drive shaft. Please go to the Honda website for further details on the recall information (everything is in perfect working order, guaranteed from the factory). On the ground are a pair of Michelin Pilot Road 3's, with tons of life left in them. The only addition I've made to the bike are a pair of black GIVI hard-bags ($1000). I installed them using the SW MOTECH quick mount system ($300), which means that if you don't want the bags, you can remove the ugly bracket in less than 30 seconds. Lastly, I just put in a new battery about 4 months ago, see pictures above. I can't say enough about how perfect this bike is, with a sport-touring feel, but with the aggressive, powerful sport bike ride when you want it. The Honda Collection Halls in Motegi
Fri, 14 Oct 2011I thought you may have to be from a certain era to enjoy the Honda Collection Halls in Motegi but I was wrong. This immaculate museum has hundreds of race and road bikes on display starting with the first ever (wooden) motorcycle built right up to the amazing machines Pedrosa and co are campaigning this year. Being part of the Honda owned Motegi Twin Ring circuit complex, I was expecting it to be a Honda only zone so was amazed to see lots of iconic bikes from other manufacturers also on display.

Thu, 12 Feb 2009Motorcycle Retro is a pet project of former Motorcyclist editor Mitch Boehm, launching as Motorcyclist Retro in early 2008 under the Source Interlink media umbrella. It featured a contemporary look at motorcycles of the 1960s through the 1980s. However, the circulation numbers of MR didn’t meet the expectations of the media conglomerate, and they cancelled production of the magazine after just two issues.
