Honda Interceptor description

Completely rebuilt first-year Honda Interceptor. Started as a project with my son and for my son, but I soon realized this was WAY too much bike for a beginner. The V4 is very torquey and powerful.

Everything that was replaceable was changed. What was done: Rebuilt carbs, checked and cleaned valves, Spiegler brake lines, Shindy master brake cylinder, brake rotors, new starter, brand new spark units (these are awesome), LED turn signals, Magazi billet mirrors, new Delkevic exhausts and more! This bike was stripped all the way down and every nut and bolt checked and replaced where needed. Also added Air-Tech fairings. A gunner seat also comes with the bike (not shown).

It's fun to watch people look at this bike and try to identify it.

This bike is essentially brand new and needs nothing except someone ready to ride.

Honda is reportedly moving production of 400cc and larger motorcycles to Thailand from Japan to reduce production costs and overcome the rising value of the yen. According to Japanese news outlet Daily Yomiuri, Honda plans to produce 400cc and 500cc models at a new factory to be built in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand. Honda currently produces small displacement models such as the CBR250R in Thailand, with larger models coming out of Honda’s factory in Kumamoto, Japan.

Bradl prepares for Laguna's Corkscrew

Wed, 25 Jul 2012

A rookie to Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl shows one way to prepare for the Corkscrew; by riding his LCR Honda RC213V down the famous Lombard Street in San Francisco. The reigning Moto2 champion may have never raced at the Californian track but earlier this year he used a break between races to learn the circuit on a Honda CBR1000RR, having only had a virtual experience of Laguna before this year. At the time the young German said: "It is downhill, and there are lots of blind corners.

2014 Honda Forza Scooter Gets CARB Approval

Fri, 19 Apr 2013

The Honda NSS300 Forza scooter has received approval from the California Air Resources Board. The 279cc scooter was first announced at the 2012 EICMA show for the European market and Canada, and it looks like it will be available for sale in the U.S. The Forza still needs to get a certificate of conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency, but that should not be difficult after getting the O.K.
