Nice original 1970 Honda Trail 70, bought from an old boy who had it in storage for along time. Originally I think it was titled in Iowa, but I have no title and know way of getting one, so please dont ask if I can get a title, it will be sold with a bill of sale. Cleaned it up, cleaned the carb, put some new gas in it and it started right up. Put new seat cover on, new kickstart shaft, new high low beam headlight switch, and a new tailight with gasket. It runs good, shifts good, and everything seems to be alright with it. It is a good canditate to ride as it is, or would be a nice restoration project Feel free to ask any and all questions. Once again no title, will be sold with a bill of sale. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end, full payment due within 48 hours of auction end. Thu, 02 Jun 2011The amazing Alex Lowes is deservedly grabbing all the attention in the BSB paddock at the moment, but I believe last year’s top Superbike rookie, Alistair Seeley is doing an equally impressive job in the Supersport class. Although he looks ten years younger, thirty one year old Seeley is riding one of only two 2011 600 GSXRs (fellow countryman Marty Nutt is on the other) in the class. Alistair has finished on the podium four times including a race win at the opening Brand Hatch round and currently lies second in the championship. He also took victory on the Gixer in the only race run at the North West 200 last month and was looking like the runaway winner last Sunday at Thruxton until electrical gremlins struck after opening up a seven second lead.
Andrea Antonelli Dies After Moscow World Supersport Crash
Sun, 21 Jul 2013Italian racer Andrea Antonelli succombed to injuries suffered in a crash during the World Supersport race at Moscow Raceway in Russia. The Go Eleven Kawasaki racer crashed on the final corner of the opening lap in very wet conditions, and was struck by Pata Honda racer Lorenzo Zanetti. The race was immediately red-flagged and Antonelli was taken away by ambulance while medical staff attempted to resuscitate him, but the 25-year-old was pronounced dead at 2:10 pm local time.
Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results
Fri, 07 Jun 2013James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.
