Honda CRF description

***North Carolina does not title dirt bikes, so I do not have a title to give with the bike.  I am from out of state so I didn't believe it either.  I went to get one at the DMV and they just stared at me like I was crazy.  I can include a bill of sale or whatever you need in your state.***

The bike has a lot of aftermarket parts on it.  It has brake discs, wheels, plastic, swing arm, sprockets, handle bars, levers, and the hole shot device on the front shock guard.  It was raced 3 times, so it's not like it was trashed for an entire season.  I bought it for my wife thinking I would like to ride it too but it's just too much for her and it's really too small for me.  I like the full size frame better.  The bike will come with all the parts shown in the pic as well.  Buyer arranges and pays for shipping.  I'd recommend USHIP and I can hold on to it for two weeks with a $500 deposit so you can get your shipping arranged.  I will also help the shipping process on my end as much as I can.

Honda Reports Q1 2011-2012 Results

Tue, 02 Aug 2011

Honda reported a 88.3% year-on-year decrease in net profit over its first quarter ended June 30, 2011, thanks in large part to the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunamis in Japan. Honda reported a profit of 31.7 billion yen (US$411.1 million) over the quarter, a fraction of the 272.4 billion yen (US$3.53 billion) reported over the same quarter last year.  The decrease came mainly from a large dropoff in automobile sales. Net sales from the motorcycle division helped keep Honda in the black despite a drop in unit sales.

2012 GSX-R1000 arrives at Visordown HQ

Wed, 23 May 2012

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.

WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.
