2007 Honda CBR-1000RR Repsol Edition ~ $8500 Only 6614 mis. Original stock condition. Full service done with (what else) Repsol synthetics. We did however remove the original tires and mounted the New Dunlop Q3's. Then we tossed the stock brakes replacing them with EBC HH Sintered stoppers! Fork seals and fluid discarded and upgraded with N.O.K. seals, wipers and Bel-ray performance fluid. Exhaust servo removed and battery & stator replaced. WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report
Mon, 30 Sep 2013Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.
2023 Honda Hornet CB750 Details Emerge in Vehicle Certifications
Fri, 23 Sep 2022Technical details revealed in Swiss vehicle data Honda‘s been teasing its new Hornet for several months now, first with a concept at EICMA, some design sketches in June, and more recently, details about its new Parallel-Twin engine. While we wait for Honda to officially reveal the the bike, we’ve managed to get further specifications for the 2023 Honda Hornet, thanks to vehicle certification data from Switzerland. The Swiss data lines up with what Honda has already revealed about the Hornet, including its 755cc Parallel-Twin Unicam engine and its claimed output of 90.5 hp at 9500 rpm, 55.3 lb-ft.
Team Mugen Returning to TT Zero with Shinden 2
Fri, 08 Feb 2013Noted Honda tuner Mugen announced it will compete in the 2013 TT Zero on the Isle of Man with an updated version of its Shinden electric sportbike. Mugen entered the Shinden at last year’s TT Zero, with Isle of Man veteran John McGuinness finishing second with an average speed of 102.215 mph. Team Mugen managed to break the 100mph barrier but fell short to the race winner Michael Rutter who rode the MotoCzysz E1PC.
