UP FOR AUCTION IS MY 1977, HONDA CB 550K. BIKE WAS IN DRY STORAGE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS PRIOR TO NOW. BRAKES WERE CHECKED AND WORK WELL. I PUT IN A NEW BATTERY AND FUELED HER UP. THE BIKE STARTED UP FINE AND RAN FINE. DROVE IT AROUND MY YARD AND WENT THRU ALL GEARS AS IT SHOULD..IN MY OPINION IT NEEDS A GOOD TUNE UP , FLUIDS CHANGED, TIRES, AND A GOOD MAINTAINENCE CHECKUP. A nasty tumble in at the Brands Hatch opener lead to four DNFs, but once back on track he pushed the dominant BMWs hard, finishing on the podium eight times.
