Harley-Davidson VRSC description

2009 Harley Davidson Night Rod
This bike is a lot of fun!!! It has custom front and rear fenders, mirrors, pegs and grips. Comes with a full Vanes and Hines exhaust that has been programmed with a Power Commander for the bike. It sounds awesome and I can tell that it definitely added some horse power. I have had the bike for about two years and have only put about 1500 miles on it, most of which was at Sturgis last year. I put new brakes on it last year and had the exhaust race wrapped along with oil changes.  New battery at the beginning of this summer.  The bike is ready for a rider...I have two boys and want to get them bigger ATVs so to do that, the bike has to go.

Harley-Davidson Racers Visiting Troops In Middle East

Tue, 19 Nov 2013

A large number of military personnel are also motorcyclists, with many dreaming of the day they can hop back on their steeds after deployment. Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
