Harley-Davidson Touring description

This 15' Roadglide Special is by far the deal on EBay. It has $10,000.00 in factory upgrades done at Mancuso HD in Houston. Rinehart Exhaust, 21in. Front wheel with matching rotors, 1 1/2 in. beach bars, Nav., grips, levers, mirrors, sissy bar, upgrade stereo, upgraded speakers, amp, factory upgraded saddle bag lids with the boom speakers,  Power commander and so on. It still has factory warranty left on it as well. This is my bike and I purchased it new 6 months and found out I had cancer so I've just looked at it since then. It's time for it to go and it could be yours. I have plenty of other pictures if you want to see more. You can call me anytime 832-922-0022. The information I listed below is what comes with the bike from the factory in addition to what I have done.

Thanks for bidding
Darrell

2015 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® Special

Back With A Vengeance

The Road Glide® Special motorcycle cuts a wide swath wherever it rolls. BOOM!™ Box 6.5 GT audio system, CVO-style air ride rear suspension, gloss black inner fairing and more. This is H-D attitude with no compromise.

Key Features May Include:
  • Project RUSHMORE - Control
  • Here are some of the innovations Project RUSHMORE led to: the Reflex™ Linked Brakes with ABS, the Daymaker™ LED headlamps and fog lamps, brighter brake lights, and a steering head with stiffer front forks. Locked-up tires are now history even when there’s wet pavement. We’ve made it feel even better to lean your way through a turn. Now you can see better. And we’ve made you more conspicuous to the cage-driving public. Because one thing we all agree on is this: bikes that work better make riders who ride better. Take a ride. See how good you can be.

  • Project RUSHMORE - Infotainment
  • More sound. Purer sound. Big, full-color touch screens. Switches that are located where you intuitively want them to be and can reach without removing your hands from the grips. Voice activation for your music, phone and GPS. Or as more than one rider asked: “Why can’t the infotainment system on my motorcycle blow away the ones the car companies put in their cars?” We couldn’t agree more. Check out the infotainment system Project RUSHMORE brought to the sport of motorcycling. You won’t believe your eyes. Or ears.

  • Project RUSHMORE - Convenience
  • If you want the ride to be truly epic, you have to sweat bullets to make the little things work exactly right. This is what Project RUSHMORE was all about. Now you have saddlebags that can be easily opened with one hand. Compartments that open with one touch. And we’ve increased the storage space on these machines without ruining the sleek, road-eating look of the bike. It all adds up to hundreds of little moments where things just click conveniently into place. Because there can be no imperfections in the quest for the perfect ride.

  • Project RUSHMORE - Styling
  • Project RUSHMORE is the journey we set out on to take our touring motorcycles to places never imagined before – to turn all the possibilities for what a motorcycle can be now into true Milwaukee steel. We did it our way, as we’ve always done. As riders. Riding with other riders. Thousand of hours, countless road tests, millions of miles. Looking for the technology and innovations that truly make the ride better. We went over the bike fender tip to fender tip. Making it work better. Making it look sleeker. Modern. Clean. Tight. Let your eye take a journey over the machine. This is classic Harley-Davidson style and a sleek, modern look at the exact same time. At Harley-Davidson, form has always followed function. And both have always reported to emotion. Now we’re just doing

    Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

    Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
