A large number of military personnel are also motorcyclists, with many dreaming of the day they can hop back on their steeds after deployment. Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

Michael Jackson was not known for riding motorcycles, he did own a 2001 Harley-Davidson that was on the action block earlier this year that was listed for $6,000 – $8,000, I never heard if it was sold or not.  We all have our different opinions about the mega pop star but we can all agree that he was larger than life and truly a boy in a mans body, case in point, take a look at the “Speed Demon” video that features Jackson on a bicycle, motorcycle and scooter, sort of… The “Speed Demon” video is available after the jump. Champion Trikes Acquires Lehman Trikes

Champion Trikes and sister company Champion Investments Inc. has assumed operations of Lehman Trikes, saving the company from closing. Trike conversion kit producer Lehman Trikes suspended its operations March 21 after failing the find investors.
