For auction with NO RESERVE is my 2007 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic. It is the rare Olive Pearl/Vivid Black 2 tone paint. The Pearl changes the depth of the green depending on how much and what kind if light is hitting it. It can look very dark or very light. The 96" Twin Cam engine is fuel injected. It starts right up and runs fine. It has stage 1 download with K&N filter and chrome true dual exhaust. It has factory security & cruise. It has the chrome luggage rack on the tour pack. It has a chrome front end. The inner dash is painted Vivid Black. Just had oil changed with Harley 20-50 synthetic. Only issues are: the radio/CD work fine but the display does not display the station or track its playing(operates normal except for display) and it will need a rear tire soon. Front tire has probably 80/90% tread left. It has 28,385 miles but may have a few more before auction end as I ride it often. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. It makes you wonder what Mattel, the company behind the plastic duo, has next in the pipeline. Maybe they'll have a model of Birmingham airport, where Ken can kick the sh*t out of rival bike gang members?

Thu, 10 Jun 2010Canadian publication Cycle Canada had some fun on a photoshoot for its review of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight for the July issue. As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
