Up for auction is my 2005 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic set up like a Street Glide only nicer. Has 4" Blacked out Windshield. Badlander Seat. Spot Lights. Crash Bars around the Rear Bags. Aftermarket Exhaust for that deep Harley Sound. Factory Harley Davidson CD Player with Auxilary Port for IPod. Speedo, Tach, Volts, Fuel, Air Temp, and Oil Pressure are all factory gauges. Thats more than just a Street Glide comes with. Also has Factory Running Boards for rear passenger unlike Street Glides. Bike Runs and Rides Great. Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed
Thu, 04 Aug 2011The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.
Owner of Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson Found in Japan
Wed, 02 May 2012Harley-Davidson representatives in Japan have identified the owner of the motorcycle lost in last year’s tsunami but later found on a remote beach in Canada. The 29-year-old owner, Ikuo Yokoyama, lives in Yamamoto, Japan, in Miyagi Prefecture, the region hardest hit by the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Yokoyama survived the disaster but lost three family members and is still living in temporary accommodations.
