Harley-Davidson Touring description

This has been my baby for 12 years, we bought it in Jan/2004, and have been all over the Midwest, Florida, Texas even Washington DC To The Wall (Twice) I've added a few things if I can remember them all. Taller Windshield, Vance & Hines Oval Mufflers, Stage 2 Air Cleaner (KN Style) Kuryakan highway boot pads, Kuryakan Passenger 3 position foot pegs. Cup Holder. Around 68,ooo miles I had the Timing Chain tensioner's replaced with the new hydraulic units, Cam Support Plate and an oil pump. Plugs, engine, primary case and tranny oil changed at least once a year. It uses conventional HD oil & Filter 20w-50 year round. oh, new battery too. Plus 2 Dunlop 402 tires, 3 sets of brake pads. It has the standard 1450 (88) engine and 5 speed, gets 40 mpg all the time, IF you keep it under 70mph. 5 gallon gas tank. Has a batter tender plug above the starter, don't know if you can see it in the pic. Soft grip on the stock handle bars, Cup Holder, Has the Ultra Touring Pack, uses only one antenna for the radio, other is just for looks. It is mounted on Removable docking hardware. NO CB, Radio has CD player and AUX plug. I don't listen to it. A Harley running at 3,000 rpm and going 72 mph is enough music to listen too. ONLY thing it needs fixed: Cruise control, everything lights up but it doesn't engage and the Horn fell off-haven't picked one up yet. $500 required for deposit into my PayPal account to keep it here- It is listed elsewhere. I reserve the right to end this auction early if it sells outside EBAY. I rode it down to Madisonville, Ky today, 182 mile round trip. I'm telling You-Come see it, test drive it, pay me. Ride it to anywhere in the United states.! ASK any questions, need more pics, ask.

The TwinTrax Is A Machine Straight From Mad Max

Fri, 27 Sep 2013

Just look at this motorcycle for a moment. A creation of the German Motorcycle Authority, the TwinTrax is nearly 107 inches long, weighs 882 pounds, and took owner/builder Christoph Madaus 12 years to complete. Oh, and don’t forget the two Harley-Davidson V-Twins powering this thing.

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin

Fri, 03 Jan 2020

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin, a 131-inch 'crate engine' designed for post-2017 Touring models. Harley-Davidson has not yet had large engines in terms of capacity and power. This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.
