Up for auction is a 1989 Harley Davidson FLHS. The condition of this motorcycle is excellent. Mileage is at 58152. The motor is stock and shows no sign of leaks or defects. The paint is in its original condition and it shows no sign of major defects. The previous owner was an airplane mechanic and his extreme attention to detail shows. The motorcycle has a clear title, runs and drives excellent. I have included lots of high quality pictures detailing this wonderful motorcycle. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
