Up for sale is a really nice 1973 Harley Davidson FLH Shovelhead. This bike was just traded in to our dealership. The previous owner had owned this bike for over 30 years. The bike is mechanically and cosmetically very sound. It is not a show bike by any means but a very nice running Shovel. The bike fires right up and runs very well! Rides down the road and shifts as it should. In the summer the previous owner rode it to work everyday. The bike does not have any leaks. Cosmetically the bike has its normal wears but for the most part very clean and straight. Please see all pictures... The buyer will be liable for shipping arrangements. The motorcycle sale will have to be run through the dealership. A $200 documentation fee and your state sales tax laws will apply. A $500 deposit is required at the time of purchase. New Screamin’ Eagle Drag Racing Championship Series for 2013
Mon, 06 Aug 2012The NHRA today announced the formation of the Screamin’ Eagle Championship Motorcycle Series for 2013. The new series will feature five classes: Top Fuel, Pro Gas, Draggin’ Bagger, Street Pro and Hot Street. The 10-race series will compete at divisional events as part of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, in addition to the Sportsman ET Motorcycle class that currently competes at various NHRA divisional events.
Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
