2012 Harley-Davidson Sportster NIGHTSTER XL1200N, 2012 Sportster 1200 Nightster - 49 State. 1200cc Evolution ESPFI Engine. This bike has only 503 miles on it. I bought it through a military program while in Afghanistan, and took delivery in March 2012. I put passenger foot pegs on it. I rode it just enough to break it in, but I just don't have time for it. I start it and let it run a few times per week, and I keep a battery charger on it. Battery charger is included. There is also a transferrable extended warranty that goes until 3/14/2017. 2014 Harley-Davidson Touring Models Recalled for Pinched Brake Lines
Wed, 09 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 66,421 motorcycles because of a problem with the front brake lines getting pinched. The recall affects all ABS-equipped 2014 touring and CVO touring models including the Electra Glide Ultra Limited, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Street Glide, Road King, CVO Limited and CVO Road King. Police and Shrine edition models are also affected, as are the Twin-Cooled version of the Electra Glide Ultra Classic and the Road King Classic which are produced for other markets.
2014 Harley-Davidson Sportsters Receive ABS and Keyless Security Options
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson revealed a five-model Sportster lineup for 2014 with some minor updates including new options for ABS and the H-D Smart Security System. The 2014 Sportster line consists of the 883cc SuperLow and Iron 883 and the 1200cc Forty-Eight, Seventy-Two and 1200 Custom. All five models received new brakes, with larger 300mm front rotors replacing the old 292mm discs.
