2007 HD XL50 Sportster Limited Edition. 1 of 2000 produced (523/2000). Runs and rides perfectly. It has over $1,000 in extras including quick detachable windshield, large tank, exhaust pipes, front cruiser pegs, O ring pegs, back rest, lay-down license plate. It has chrome chain guard, sprocket cover brake and shift pedal. One tooth down on counter sprocket. Original seat still in box. 50th anniversary emblems that have never been installed. Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results
Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
