Custom House of Colors paint, all fenders painted fully inside with ghost graphics, stretched Red Baron frame, 250 series back tires, 21" front tire, Venom low profile tires, Kendall Johnson custom back fender and kick stand, Jay brake, hand controls, custom hand grips, custom forward controls, braided brake lines, custom head light, custom Black Widow gas tank, Iron Horse front brakes, Sprockster rear brake kit, new MSO, clean title. 6,000 original miles, 883 with S&S carburetor kit turned to 1200 cc, K&L chrome side mount breather kit, custom oil tank, 32.5 degree frame with wide triple tree front end, rigid frame, 9.5 feet long. Stored inside at all times. Only needs wiring, wiring switch controls, relay box, seat, battery box and brake lights. This is a great looking bike that just needs some finishing touches, perfect for summer time!

Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed

The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.

Harley-Davidson Offers “Steel Toe Tour” of York Factory

Harley-Davidson is adding a new factory tour program offering visitors a personal look at the company’s York production facility. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
