1965 Harley Davidson XLCH Sportster 900cc VERY FRESH VERY FAST!!! Very nicely built street tracker style XLCH Sportster with a freshly rebuilt motor including a 61ci. top end, Edelbrock Quicksilver carburetor and the typical XLCH magneto ignition. This little beauty has the dirt track style look with the hard tail rear frame section, solo seat with P pad mounted on the lightweight rear fender, 35mm. Ceriani front suspension with a 19 inch front and 18 inch wheel rims, straight pipe exhaust and custom built oil tank. This motorcycle is selling with a clear California title and is ready for show or go. Very fast! NOTE! Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule
Thu, 13 Mar 2014AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2012 Results
Tue, 23 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson reported a profit of $134.0 million dollars over the third quarter of 2012. That represents a 27% decrease from the net profit of $183.6 million reported over the same quarter of 2011, but the drop was an expected result from a planned decrease in third quarter shipments as Harley-Davidson adopts an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing system at its York, Pa., factory. The Milwaukee company shipped 52,793 motorcycles in the three months ended Sept.
Dashboard Camera Footage Shows State Trooper Rear-Ending Motorcycle
Fri, 13 Sep 2013Newly-released footage from a police cruiser’s dashboard camera shows the car rear-ending a couple on a motorcycle. Ohio State Police are investigating the Aug. 17 crash which resulted in serious but non-life-threatening injuries to Beavercreek, Ohio, residents Corey Waldman and his wife Amy Waldman.
