Harley-Davidson Sidecar description
Hello, My name is Sean Lumsden - Cook. This is my first of many ebay auctions to follow. Recently, Video and Media Services has teamed up with several knowledgeable motorcycle collectors to start offering their "special collections". I personally am not an expert on vehicle, rather I am a camera man with a passion for presenting unique and sometimes rare opportunities through the visual arts and internet. My job is to answer questions and provide accurate information about the items. Appropriately, the first item for sale is the pictured 1941 Harley Davidson FIRST YEAR FL with paint to match sidecar from the Samuel L. Peters Collection. Mr. Peters has owned this Harley Knucklehead for almost 2 decades and is only one of many prized vintage, authentic Harleys. I am told the "set-up" is correct, matching numbers and ready for a new home, whether it be a museum or the open road. Please feel free to direct all inquiries to this listing or call me directly for more urgent details. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to making many happy customers. On behalf of the Samuel L. Peters Collection Regards, Sean Lumsden-Cook 804 398 3838 sean@vmservices.tv YouTube link:

Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.

Harley-Davidson Denies Plans for Small-Displacement Model for India
Fri, 18 May 2012India’s 13-million-unit-per-year motorcycle market is comprised of mostly small-displacement models, so it sounds odd at first when manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson and Triumph enter the market with their larger-displacment models. The question quickly arises as to whether they will stick with their existing big-bore models or introduce an all-new, small-capacity model for the Indian market. Manufacturers like the Big Four from Japan already produce smaller models for other markets so it’s a relatively easy task for them to introduce new models such as Honda‘s recently launched 109cc Dream Yuga.
