All this added power comes compliments of a Screamin’ Eagle Big Bore kit. Get behind the controls of this up-sized engine with super-smooth EFI and you’ll see it fits right in with the rest of the machine’s girth. Huge forks. Giant floorboards. Mammoth light and nacelle. The tank cloisonné is plated in 24k gold. The oil tank gets color treatment to match the engine. It’s easy to see there’s a whole lot to love about this Fat Boy. Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011
Mon, 17 Oct 2011In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase

Bonhams To Sell Garelli Grand Prix Collection At No Reserve
Wed, 28 Nov 2012Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
