Beautiful 1965 Panhead hardtail bobber, custom blue two tone flame paint. Lots of chrome, 4 speed tranny, original drum brakes front and rear, KICK START only!!! This is A REAL 1965 PANHEAD, the last year of the panhead, not a new reproduction!!! Just had complete tuneup and new tires front and rear. Starts and runs great, chrome crossover fishtail exhausts look and sound great. Solo black leather seat, only one rider, sorry no passengers. Odometer shows 10800 miles but it is not original and does not show actual miles, bike was built and engine was rebuilt less than 4000 miles ago. Really draws attention whenever I ride it. Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points. Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle Vance & Hines Team Unveils Restyled V-Rod Drag Bikes
Fri, 09 Mar 2012The Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines racing team unveiled its restyled V-Rod drag motorcycles ahead of the first Pro Stock Motorcycle round of the 2012 NHRA Full Drag Racing series. Reigning champion Ed Krawiec and Andrew Hines will compete for the Harley-Davidson team on new V-Rod drag bikes, restyled to more closely resembled the Night Rod Special production model. This marks the first restyling of Harley-Davidson’s NHRA competition bikes since the V-Rod entered the competition in 2002, and comes as The Motor Company celebrates the V-Rod’s 10th anniversary.“The goal was to make the drag racing motorcycles look more like the current production Night Rod Special motorcycle,” says Kris Schoonover, Harley-Davidson racing manager.
