I bought the bike used from an Italian guy and now its time for me to pass it on to someone else. I'm getting a little old for a crotch rocket, and I got injured playing soccer 2 weeks ago so it's time to let it go. 1999 model year, 900 cc, red (of course), aftermarket seat with the Italian tri-color on it, and aftermarket exhaust. I have the original exhaust and original seat if you want it. Indicator lights are aftermarket, as is the kick stand. Repairs and oil change done at Ducati dealerships. 6-speed transmission, premium fuel only (91 octane and above), revs to more than 10,000 rpm. Only about 11,400 miles on it. $3,250 obo. Preliminary 2012 MotoGP Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 MotoGP World Championship. The provisional list includes 21 riders in the premiere class, including nine classified as Claiming Rule Team entries. Defending MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner will wear the #1 plate for the 2012 season, the first with both CRT entries and the new 1000cc engine displacement cap.

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
