2000 Ducati 748s converted into 996s. Motor is from a 2001 996s that had 4236 miles. Swap was done by goldcoast motorsports in Jericho,ny. They are an authorized Ducati dealership. I still have the 748s motor in my garage but will NOT Be included in sale. Bike is mint besides needing a new battery. Few scratches here n there nothing serious. Has carbon fiber parts also and tinted headlights and tail lights. Exhaust is also cored. Brand new Michelin pilots with less than 300 miles on them. Comes with single swingarm bike Stand as well. Most of the time Rossi and Gibernau came together, it was a classic in the making but while Rossi on the factory Honda hunting down Gibernau on the satellite Honda is well worth watching, the threat of a looming Bayliss on the Ducati makes this one even better. Gibernau, fresh from a win in Germany at the previous round - having beaten Rossi to the line by 0.060 seconds - was full of fight.

The information is understandably vague in some areas, as manufacturers are hesitant in revealing too much information, and of course subject to change as the 2013 season progresses. The GP13 specifications revealed aren’t too far off of the specifications revealed for the Desmosedici GP12 this time last year ahead of the 2012 MotoGP season.
Audi Makes 750 Million Euro Offer for Ducati
Thu, 29 Mar 2012Audi has offered 750 million euros (US$995 million) for Ducati, according to a report from Italian publication Corriere di Bologna. The offer is reportedly also include Ducati‘s debts. Corriere reports those debts may turn out to be much lower than the 200 million euro estimate that was being passed around in rumors.
